I started this project well over a year and a half ago after talking with a group of true- crime obsessed friends about the genre.

I walked inside and wrote the title MURDER PODCAST on a post it and stuck it on the desk in my studio.

See— true crime— THAT is REAL horror.

And while that’s true— listening to and reading about true crime is actually a coping mechanism for the anxiety caused by this crazy world we live in.

Somehow, taking it all in and understanding the unthinkable we can get control of it.

And because of that, true crime podcasts become a comfort— a safe space.

But what if your safe space betrayed you?

What if a new podcast popped up in your feed?

And when you start to listen…something goes wrong.

Horribly, murderously wrong.
